From the North Shore...

LIE exit 41 south (Route 107 south) or Northern State exit 35 south (Route 107 south).  Take Broadway (Route 107) south, crossing over Old Country Road.  Go to 3rd traffic light (Lewis Street).  Lukoil gas station will be on right side.  Make a U-Turn at traffic light.  Hicksville Terrace Shopping Center will be on your right.  At the end of this shopping center is a Subway Sandwich Shop, make an immediate right turn after the Subway into the Broadway Business Center.  Follow the road to gym on your right.

From the South Shore...

Southern State exit 29 north (Hicksville Road north).  Take Hicksville Road north, crossing over Hempstead Turnpike.  You will pass the Bethpage Business Park (the old Grumman) on your right.  Continue north to Hicksville Terrace Shopping Center on your right.  At the end of this shopping center is a Subway Sandwich Shop, make an immediate right turn after the Subway into the Broadway Business Center.  Follow the road to the gym on your right.
